dearest family and friends, whoever still happens to be paying attention to this place:

i have a couple prayer requests to send forward.
1. my roomie's grandfather goes into heart bypass surgery in the next few days. pray for his safety, for the hands and wisdom of the doctors, for his healing. and, above all things, God's will be done.

2. i have friends connected with the fighting and turmoil in kenya and chad at the moment. please be in prayer for families to be reunited, for violence to subside, and for a heap of other things i'm sure i'd be able to articulate better if i completely understood what's going on in these places. again, above all things, God's will be done.
